Courage

It wouldn’t have been hard to ask her
           Her name
I was alone at the time
I caught her staring at me
Thinking to myself the pleasure of your touch
I race around in circles in my mind
It was not even a circle it was more like a cube
Making right turn angles and starting on a straight road
I knew I would have loved you
I knew you would have loved me
It was the way you moved
I think I do love you
Only I had the courage to say hello
I just didn’t have the courage to say goodbye
