Dear America,
Civilocity is a form of government where the people watch the ruler entirely amongst their reign.
I only believe what I know. I can’t know what happened before me and what will happen after me or
how many days the world was created in or what happened to the dinosaurs. I don’t know if the
leader is following the law exactly like I don’t if the world was created in seven days or if there is a
heaven. Saying the leader follows the law is the exact same answer as saying the world was
created in seven days. All it is, is the search to know.
Civilocity is a solution to end genocide. Politicians and people are asked one question, do you want
to live in a society that is led by a person who ensures law or one that doesn't? There are two sides
and you have to pick one. Do you want to live in a society that is led by a person who ensures law or
one that doesn't. Watching the leader the entire time, live on public TV, would ensure the country is
led by a person who follows the law. I wrote a new form of government called civilocity that ensures
law.
I never thought it would be so hard to get someone to write an article about putting locks on the cock

Well if she didn't she would allow what happened to her to happen to someone else. That is the
same thing as a nazi. It is almost like she wrote about the wrong thing.
It is even worse thinking about all the books after hers that didn't include civilocity considering what
happened in Rwanda, Darfur, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Cambodia to name a handful. What does that
make all those writers before me? Dumb, stupid, nazis, oblivious, dull, dim witted, american, I am not
american, unintelligent, unwise, foolish, silly, ridiculous, obtuse, criminals, slow, dense, mentally
challenged, mentally a health concern, brainless, ill-advised, to name a few of what those writers
are who are before me.
The United Nations has ignored civilocity for over two years.
You know what is happening around the world this second, coups are fighting governments because
the governments are treating the people unlawfully. The democratic leaders and monarchs are just
trying to do everything possible to hold unto power so they can do whatever they want to the people.
The people are fighting in the right places just for the wrong thing. It's leader after leader in country
after country who obtains power and treats the people unlawfully.
People are dieing. There is nothing smart, healthy, complimentary, or moral about letting someone
die like Mimi in Rwanda, Immaculée Ilibagiza friend. They didn't do everything they can to prevent it.
To prevent another leader who assumes power and leads a country unlawfully. When they fight to
instate civilocity they will be fighting to ensure another leader doesn't assume power and treat the
people unlawfully making the civilians guilty of funding a criminal organization without knowing it.
As long as the president or leader of the government doesn’t conduct himself or herself lawfully and
demand other leaders of governments to do the same, by instating civilocity, and fight for that cause
I will be against him or her and anyone protecting him or her and funding him or her and
accomplices of him or her.
I don't know why I would have to send civilocity more than once to the Holocaust Museum because
of what the wait does.
A person might say civilocity doesn't ensure law and I would say yes it does. Haven’t you learned to
add? Haven't your reached that philosophy? Add a camera we have great technology today. This
philosophy won’t stop until it is accomplished. Do you think there is a cover up that the USA
government tried to kill me that I must tell you about civilocity directly instead of the news agencies
on tv or your local newspapers? I reported the crime. Civilocity was created and copyrighted in
2007. Do you know who was taught in 2008 and not me in the public schools around the world? Do
you think civilocity is something to be taught to all the students? Civilocity will be taught and the
government’s actions will as well even after they are held accountable. When will they be
accountable in their lifetime or their children's? The last two American presidents arrest, me
compensated, and civilocity instated. What's so hard to understand?

The government or someone in the government froze my document when I typed 'abohut' erasing
part of what I was writing. The proof is on government record. This is the typical behavior of the
governments treatment of me and disregard for my right to be treated lawfully while they are
hacking into my computer since before April of 2006. On June 23, 2010 the government froze my
document on my computer three times on the word contribution and once it was spelled
controibutions and once it was spelled contribvutions erasing part of what I was writing. I can't let
the government continue erasing part of what I was writing while they are hacking into a document I
am writing civilocity in. If you are not going to arrest the people involved in erasing parts of what I
have written, I will make sure the people hacking or have hacked don't do it again. The government
or someone in the government is guilty of attempted murder. They wanted to see if they could
murder me. Wanting to see if you could is an attempt. Driving down the street to see if you could
murder me is attempted murder driving down the street to see if you could see me is stalking. If the
government approaches me without the president arrested I say your wasting my time that's a form
of oppression because your negligent your collaborating in the conspiracy against my rights.
I will assure you it is legal to defend my right to be treated lawfully. How can a citizen be proven guilty
without stepping a toe in a court room? President Barack Obama has hacked into my computer
before he was president of the United States of America. Prime Minister Tony Blair has hacked into
my computer while he was Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. The governments have the files
that indicates the extent of the hacking. If he is not arrested immediately he is endangering human
lives. He presumed I was guilty and that my actions weren't in self defense. It is my right to defend
myself in order to be treated lawfully. How can a citizen be proven guilty without stepping a toe in a
court room?
The thing is civilocity is more important. They will talk about if they are innocent or guilty yet civilocity
is talking about if we should let this person die or stop them from dieing. It might not be a court
hearing but it is to save a life which would occur if civilocity is not instated during the time of the
court hearing talk of if they are innocent or guilty of hacking.

president and how easy it is for him to treat me unlawfully by hacking.

lawfully. After naming a hacker, the president, a person who defends me against the hacker or
someone funding the hacker because the hacker isn’t arrested says that person is hacking and I
defended him so he can be treated lawfully and at that point the government didn’t have time to
justify hacking so all the reader knows is what this person, the president, is doing, hacking. Now the
president is guilty of hacking and if I call them out especially if I call them out while they are hacking
and before I commit a crime and they are not arrested I have every right to defend myself against
them and anyone they put in front of them by any means possible. They presumed I was guilty and
that my actions weren't in self defense. How can a citizen be proven guilty without stepping a toe in a
court room? The government has the proof of who is guilty. That is why we need to instate civilocity
so the president doesn't endanger a citizen paying taxes again.
The government has the proof of the hacking and if they don’t present the useful information to the
police and in court because they withhold useful information that is obstruction.
What I am most upset about is others beliefs that were wrong since the beginning of time and into
the 21st century and they lived fighting for what was wrong and not what was right. What was wrong
was having a leader who didn't ensure law and what was right was fighting for a leader who
ensured law.
It goes to fighting for a leader who ensures law sounds like a cause worth fighting for your honor.
Now dear soldiers, government agents, and citizens, fighting for a leader who doesn't ensures law
doesn't sound like a cause worth fighting for your honor.
Your right its exactly like finding hitler or bin laden or saddam hussain. What are you hiding from us?
War is between two leaders without law lets make sure one follows the law and see how the people
react. Who wants to win? Some aren't only fighting for what is wrong, a leader who doesn't ensure
law, they are funding for what is wrong, do you pay taxes, and they might even work for what is
wrong a leader who doesn't follow the law. Why is civilocity act 2009 not singed in? What do
politicians use pens for... they do what with them. Accomplishing civilocity is as easy as abolishing
slavery or getting woman and African Americans the right to vote. Does the leader have your best
interest because abolishing slavery led to a civil war and getting a sect of people the right to vote led
to many lives?
You don't think keeping civilocity quiet would cost one? Civilocity can and will be instated with a pen.
Do it before it costs a life
A person keeping civilocity quiet today is not a friend they are an enemy, a poison to the world that
must be removed. How much TV do you have to watch until you think about civilocity? Do you know
how to use a camera? I guess I am the only man who knows how to use what I got. Utilize the TV and
camera to its potential. What are we suppose to watch with this camera? How do we utilize it to its
potential?
Broadcasting has come a long way. Have you found any textbooks with this form of government in
it? Why is the only thing not taught in society until now, making sure the person leading the
government is following the law? Why would someone be preventing that from happening?
You can tell an idiot by what they don’t say not by what they say. Do not take a bribe to keep civilocity
quiet or be negligent that you didn't know. Those are the only two kinds of people I have to be
worried about.
Me compared to Israel and what i do for the Jews writing civilocity compared to what Israel does for
the Jews being a country. The Jews didn’t need a state they needed to write a solution so the leader
of a country they live in doesn’t kill them or treat them unlawfully for being Jewish. All we had to do
was watch the leader of Germany after Hitler was ousted, utilize our resources to their potential the
camera and the TV instead we ended up fighting thousands of Arabs for a country. But we didn’t
think about civilocity yet we weren't smart enough then. It took about 75 years since the TV was first
introduced over fifty years after the creation of Israel till I thought about civilocity. We could have
lived in Germany had no state of Israel and put a camera on the next leader of Germany
broadcasting it live on public television 24/7 to make sure the next leader doesn’t cover up the
murder of a Jew. Do you know how to use a TV? I guess I am the only man who knows how to use
what I got. Utilize the TV and camera to its potential.
They held out since the beginning of time having a leader who ensures law do you think they can
hold out a little longer. I know young men are anxious. About soldiers age. They might have an
interest instating civilocity before they leave the country they are in. I am in The United States and I
have an interest. Why did over 4000 soldiers die? What did they die for... a leader who broke the law.
Why not instate civilocity to make sure it doesn’t happen again unless, you don’t have an interest in
the second life of the 4000 who already died?
What might France say... we can sell this book benefit what are you talking about we cannot benefit
from him. We can sell t-shirts that say civilocity. It will be like a revolution bring him to France have
debates on this topic. He doesn’t even need to talk, we will keep him happy and sell and market this
idea giving him a piece of the pie that we make from such an idea. This is the greatest idea in
politics. We must benefit from this idea in money and not only life.
If there are people who have tried to kill me and aren't arrested, and I don’t defend myself that would
be a mental health concern. After spending time in a mental health institution for saying I will defend
myself I must ask for another countries help in removing me from this country that has, taken me
away, tortured me, given me medication to change my thought process because it doesn’t matter
what a Jew says to a Nazi, its doesn’t matter what a Christian says to a roman, its doesn’t matter
what a democratic says to a Greek, and it doesn’t matter what a Civilocian says to an American.
They take away your right to defend yourself and if another country doesn’t intervene now it will be
the destruction of the regime as it has been for centuries. So, I have to put up with persecution for a
period of time until someone thinks ending genocide and watching the person who collects our
taxes is a good idea.
Everyone is wondering what will the families of the soldiers who fell in Iraq say? They might say,
civilocity is something the government should tell us.
My life is about killing the next person like hitler and saving the next person like anne frank. If your
against the idea of civilocity your allowing the next person like hitler to live and killing the next
person like anne frank. Do you know who saddam is? Think about civilocity.
Couldn't you use this idea in Afghanistan, Iraq, or Sudan, Germany, Ireland, England, Argentina,
Turkey, Palestine, America, Canada, Colombia, or Uganda, Japan, Ethiopia, Egypt, Russia, Israel,
Cambodia, China, or Chad before another tribe is ethnically killed by the person leading the
government. Now, I want you to think long and hard about when you are ready to use civilocity.

leading the country helps you instead of harms you. The problem right now is there is a person who
is negatively affecting the country especially with everything going on in chad, sudan, and uganda.
Think of the history of the world and how many leaders of a country have harmed the people illegally
and got away with it. Now, imagine a future where no leader harms the people illegally and gets
away with it. That is what civilocity is. I don't think people get civilocity yet because they are still
loyal to a product of democracy, following democracy, and fighting for democracy and not
civilocity.
Millions have been displaced in Darfur. You know what is happening around the world this second,

civilocity to make sure it never happens again exactly like the creation of the state of Israel to make
sure a Jewish holocaust never happens again. It's as intelligent to kill for the idea of civilocity as it is
for an Israeli soldier to protect their borders or an Armenian soldier to protect their borders. I work
so civilocity is instated with a pen tonight so nobody has to die. If Mimi or Anne Frank knew what
civilocity was they would have fought for it because if they didn't they would have died without it. It
would have made sure they lived. The thing is fighting for civilocity goes for all people the state of
Israel only for Israeli’s. Civilocity makes more sense than the state of Israel. I don’t understand how
the idea of civilocity is not on the news or instated? People are going to fight for civilocity because if
they don’t they will be killed like Mimi and Anne Frank.
If you are so dumb and still don't understand civilocity just think of me as being the one who wrote
democracy. If you don't get civilocity than just let me, the creator of civilocity, compare civilocity to
democracy and challenge democracy with civilocity. Having a human with law would be more
intelligent than picking a human without law.
I suggest you write civilocity out from every perspective because nobody wants a little girl dead. I
would like to know more about a little girl who died who would have made an excellent wife for you if
she hadn't. I am sure you could find one that the idea of civilocity would have saved.
Now, think about how you view a product of democracy. Is the person who created the idea of
democracy more important than a product of democracy? You already saw how the idea of
civilocity defeated the idea of democracy. Now, who should have met the person who created the
idea of democracy? How should that person have been treated? What would be the most important
thing to talk about with the person who created democracy? Hitler is a product of democracy and
civilocity ensures a person like that guy never shows up again. I don't want that guy to show up
again. Saddam is a person like hitler who showed up and cost 4000 american lives. Now is the time
to instate civilocity in any country to make sure a person like that guy never shows up again. If you
do not instate civilocity you are saying in your actions that you want a person like that guy to show
up again because you are not making sure they don't. Civilocity is a cure. Civilocity is the best form
of government and if you fight in any way shape or form for an inferior philosophy you will lose.
Think of the history of the world and how many leaders of countries have harmed the people
illegally... Hitler, Saddam, etc.
Now think of a future... where there aren't any leaders who harm the people illegally and get away
with it. Never a leader like Hitler or Saddam again. This is the future I give to you. Will you work for it,
will you fight for it, will you live it, will you have it?
