A BILL
To instate, United States Code, to inform the citizens to the quantum stature, preventing
secrets, cover ups, and corruption in the executive branch.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the `Civilocity Act of 2009.’
SEC. 2. CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT COVER UPS
(1) With intent neutralizing the Executive branch; removing corruption, cover-ups, and secret
meetings from the person whom the voters appointed to office once every four years.
(a) Not involving with fraudulent practices by the federal government by ensuring the
democratic government is adhering to the constitution.
(b) To increase productivity by listening and watching the elector of the executive branch live
twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred and sixty five days a year, on public
television, channel one, including the extra day once every four years on February 29.
